TAEK used the Barite on the construction of the nuclear reactor in the Nuclear Research Facility in Istanbul, Kucukcekmece due to the reason that it\u2019s a <\/span>non-radiation penetrated mineral<\/b>.<\/span>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”1964″]Barit Maden LTD <\/span>made the first Barite export of Turkey<\/b>.<\/span>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”1967″]Ministry of Commerce<\/b> has given a prize that symbolizes their admiration and conferment to Barit Maden LTD due to its contributions on the subjects of Turkish Barite\u2019s introduction on the international markets and increase of the country\u2019s export.<\/span>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”1971″]Council of Ministers<\/b> has decided that the word of \u201c<\/span>Turk<\/b>\u201d will be allowed to use within the title of Barit Maden Ltd.<\/span>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”1972″]Hamdi Bozbag discovered the Celestite reserves in Sivas and opened <\/span>Turkey\u2019s first Celestite mine<\/b>.<\/span>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”1973″]By transferring Barit Maden Turk LTD\u2019s all active and passives to <\/span>Barit Maden Turk A.S.<\/b>, the company\u2019s legal entity got registered in Trade Register.<\/span>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”1974″]Barit Maden Turk A.S. <\/span>made Turkey\u2019s first Celestite export<\/b> and expanded its export in Europe, Japan and South Korea.<\/span>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”1976″]Barit Maden Turk A.S., in order to make an accretion value to the Barite product, started the construction of <\/span>Turkey\u2019s first Barite concentrate and grinding facility<\/b> in the Bahce district of Osmaniye province.<\/span>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”1978″]Company\u2019s head office <\/b>has been moved from Ankara to Istanbul.<\/span>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”1979″]Barit Maden Turk A.S. has become <\/span>Turkey\u2019s first exporter company of grinded Barite<\/b>. Company\u2019s API grade product has found favor on global Petroleum Fields Service Provider (OSS) companies.<\/span>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”1980″]Sivas\u2019s <\/span>first concentrate facility<\/b> which uses gravitational techniques has been established near the Celestite mines.<\/span>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”1992″]Barit Maden Turk A.S. has started the production by the <\/span>micronized Barite facility with the world\u2019s biggest capacity<\/b> as<\/span> regarding the use of Barite as filling material in paint industry.<\/span>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”1997″]Hamdi Bozbag discovered the carbondioxide reserve which is volcanic origin, natural and with the highest purity possible in Kayseri and <\/span>established a natural carbondioxide liquidization facility<\/b> near the wells in a short time.
